How long will it take to get my photos/cards back? —
Frankly,
it depends on the time of year. Try to allow two weeks at least,
but the reality is, I am quick, the processor is quick, and as
long as the check/payment clears quickly it could be as early at
five business days…but…ALLOW TIME, because sometimes orders come
in wrong and they have to be reordered… NEVER WAIT TILL THE LAST
MINUTE… it will only make us all crazy…
Do
things ever go on sale? —
Yep,
usually in the spring, (most of my “sales” correspond with those
of my processor)…but other times of the year I run
personal specials…just because I like you guys…
Where do you process your “stuff”?
All of the
product is processed though a professional photo processor
that does EXCELLENT WORK! I only use one processor,
because they have GREAT customer service…a TOP OF THE LINE
product, and EXCEPTIONAL turn around time.
Is
what I see what will be printed?
Well…that
depends! You really need to come to my home to see what will be
printed. If your monitor is calibrated…what you see is
VERY close to what you will get…just remember…All
images are “web quality.” This enables speedier
downloading and quicker browsing; and depending on the calibration
and quality of your monitor, some images may appear discolored.
Don’t worry, they all print well on a beautifully textured, fine
photographic art paper. All paper and the products used in
processing are PROFESSIONAL GRADE.
Are your images copyrighted?
